Returns and Exchange Policy

We want to see our customer to be marvelously good with our clothes and to love them. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to exchange it or you may return the item as long as it meets the following criteria:

  • The item along with its accessories is in good or saleable condition when purchased and received.
  • The item may not be worn or washed.
  • The item is in its original packaging, tags or labels are attached and with complete accessories.
  • The item is within 7 days from the date received.
  • The item is accompanied by a printed copy of return/exchange form and a store receipt or shipping invoice as proof of purchase.

How can I exchange the item I purchased?

If you have chosen the wrong size, want another color or another style, BluePink Fashion will gladly exchange your item. Please ensure that the item is in the original packaging and in perfect condition along with its accessories, and that the printed Returns and Exchange form is included in the parcel. You can send the item back to our store by requesting a courier pick up from your trusted courier agency.

For COD Payment:

In the event that you wish to exchange your purchased order with another item of a higher or lesser value, we will consider the exchange as a new transaction by issuing a new invoice. If the exchanged item is a higher value, the balance amount due will be collected from you upon receiving the exchanged item. In case the exchanged item is of a lesser value, we will issue a store credit for the balance amount. Validity of the store credit will be for 2 months from the date of issue. All accumulated credit amount will be stored automatically into your BluePink Fashion account.

For Credit Card Payment:

In the event that you wish to exchange your purchased order with another item of a higher or lesser value, we will consider the exchange as a new transaction by issuing a new invoice. Your first purchased order amount will be credited to your credit card and you will be charged for the new transaction. We do not reimburse any bank charges you may obtain in the transaction.

** You will be charged for the shipping fee of your ordered item(s). The rates of the courier will be visible during   the checkout procedure.

** You as a receiver will be liable to pay for any custom fees and legal fees that may be applicable outside UAE.

** Items to be returned to us by our international customers will be considered as import shipments. Custom fees and other import duties may be applicable to import shipments which you as the customer will be liable to pay. 

How can I return the item I purchased?

Undamaged Items

If you have changed your mind or are not satisfied with your order, BluePink Fashion will gladly accept the returned item and refund the full value of the item in the form of BluePink Fashion store credit. To return your order, please ensure that the item is in the original packaging and in perfect condition along with its accessories, and that the printed Returns and Exchange form is included in the parcel. You can send the item back to our store by requesting a courier pick up from your trusted courier agency. Validity of the store credit will be for 2 months from the date of issue. All accumulated credit amount will be stored automatically into your BluePink Fashion account.

We will notify you about the refund procedure after the returned item has been checked. BluePink Fashion will fairly review each returned request. However, if the returned item does not meet the criteria mentioned above, we will be unable to accept the return.

Damaged Items

BluePink Fashion would like to guarantee that the products are in perfect condition before they are dispatched and arrive to you in the same perfect condition. We make sure that our products have been checked for any damages or defects prior to delivery. However, if you receive your product with damages and missing any accessories that should have been included, you can request for a replacement, store credit or full cash refund (less shipping charges) in Cash on Delivery payment. If you pay through credit card, we will reimburse the value of your purchased product to your credit card. We do not reimburse any bank charges you may obtain in the transaction. Deliberate damage of the item or any accidental damage due to wear and tear will not be considered as damaged.

** Please note that Return policy is applicable within UAE only. An item shipped to any other destination outside UAE, cannot be returned.

** You will be charged for the shipping fee of your returned item(s) and for the replacement.

How returns, exchange and refunds are processed?

We will send you a notification once we receive your returned item. Quality Control will carry out a thorough evaluation within 24 hours and notify you about the processing of your refund or exchange, according to information indicated on the Returns and Exchange Form.

All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through our website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.

3-Days Free Return Policy

To keep our customers happy and satisfied, BluePink Fashion offers a free courier pick up for the returned item within Three (3) Days from the date of receiving the order. If you change your mind and wish to return the item, kindly contact our customer service and we will gladly process your request.
